In a reasonably nice part of Hualien, very clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Berakfast was very plain, considering the room rate was not cheap. Kind of tricky getting a taxi there if your Mandarin is not very good and it is too far from the main train station to walk.

Convenient location, near shops and city centre.
1.Although the website advertises pick up service from train station in 2 places, staff told me in writing that they did not offer that service. when I enquired about what they meant on their website I got no reply. 2.TV not working properly. Was looking forward to follow the Wimbledon matches that night but was just rebuffed by staff several times. 3.Breakfast food greasy and not fresh. 4.Staff not helpful and rude.

We loved the hotel's central location, which made it easy for us to explore the city's tourist spots. Despite being right in the center, the hotel was not noisy, ensuring that we had a peaceful sleep every night. Additionally, this hotel had excellent cleanliness and great facilities, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Great Easter stay! The eggs hunt in the hotel was very entertaining for the little ones and adults. Perfect location with lots of restaurants, shops and attractions around. The room was clean and beds were super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful!
Although the hotel is in a great location, there was a lot of noise from other guests at night that made it difficult to sleep. while the breakfast was good, the line could get long and it was difficult to find a table.
